Chairman Ryan Graham called the meeting to order at approximately 7:02 PM.
The following members were in attendance; Ryan Graham, Laura Williams, Amber Howell, Brian Slowinski, Thomas Nickles, Chase Oliver, Seth Benton, Bradford White, John Turpish, Danny Dolan, Ted Metz, Mark Mosley, Stephen McClure, and Zach Varnell.
A motion to approve the May agenda was made by Danny Dolan.
Chair’s Report (Ryan Graham)
POTUS/VPOTUS part of national convention to be done online on May 22nd, rest of convention will resume July 8th. Ryan helping with technical issues related to online convention. Appointed Theodore Hamby to Membership Chair. Presented to Greater Gwinnett Reentry Alliance and present platform. Started emailing press every week. Started fundraising calendar.
Vice Chair’s Report (Laura Williams)
Producing content on blog and podcast.
Secretary’s Report (Amber Howell)
Minutes uploaded. No electronic votes.
Treasurer’s Report (Evan Durkovic)
The treasurer’s report was distributed via email to all ExCom members on May 11th.
Old Business
Ballot access lawsuit will be held on May 22nd. No update on COVID lawsuit.
New Business
Laura Williams made a motion to adopt resolution to suspend income tax. Seconded by Brian Slowinski. John Turpish made a motion to amend the policy manual to create the youth engagement committee. Seconded by Brian Slowinski. Still need committee chairs.
