LP Atlanta will be hosting a fundraiser for Kira Willis, Libertarian Party of Georgia candidate for State School Superintendent on Sunday, May 16th at theThirsty Dog Tavern. The event will begin at 3 PM, lasting until 5 PM.
A suggested donation of $20 to the campaign (don’t worry, she’ll be happy to accept more than $20 from you) ensures some free appetizers and discounts on drinks. Ms. Willis will be having a Q&A session at the event as well to talk to voters about their concerns and questions about the future of education in Georgia. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY event, so bring the kids, the spouse, a friend (or ten), even the family dog (Thirsty Dog Tavern is a dog-friendly establishment) as we help Kira kick off her campaign with her first fundraiser since officially accepting the nomination of the Libertarian Party for her campaign to become Georgia’s next State School Superintendent.
