The Libertarian Party of Georgia is entitled to send 40 delegates to the National convention in Denver later this month. We’ve asked our delegates their preferences for the Presidential nomination, and here’s what we learned.
Just under three-quarters of the delegation (74.4%) plan to cast votes for Bob Barr on the first ballot. 13.5% favor Dr. Mary Ruwart. Following in single digits are Wayne Allyn Root, Mike Gravel, and Christine Smith.
As it turns out, some of our delegates have found they will be unable to make the trip to Denver.
