Chairman Ryan Graham called the meeting to order at approximately 7:05 PM.

Chairman’s Report (Ryan Graham)
Sponsor for ballot access bill wants to do a decriminalization bill. Membership and Outreach committees are still in need of chairs.
Vice Chair’s Report (Laura Williams)
Looking to spend $200 on vinyl banners for events. Someone could donate $250 and that would count towards their fundraising goal for the year or vote on approval at a later date. Discussed options for outreach at pride.
Treasurer’s Report (Evan Durkovic)
The treasurer’s report was distributed via email to all ExComm members on July 8th.

Ballot Access (Mark Mosley)
Committee report sent to ExCom members on July 8th.
Convention (Stephanie Aylworth)
Committee held conference call June 11th. Looking to hold convention January 17th-18th in the metro Atlanta area.
Communications (Stephanie Aylworth)
Two articles were published last month. Podcasts currently on hold.
Membership (vacant)
Started the year with 235 members, have 199 this month. Really need an action plan in place to drive membership up.
Fundraising (Bobby Rouse)
$19,000 raised so far and we have 54 recurring donations. Down $792 for ballot access with new charges. Discussed fundraising options.
Outreach Committee (vacant)
Augusta Pride went well last month, LP was well received. Rural Pride August 17th-18th in Dillard, booth will cost $107. Ryan made a motion to amend the budget to allow $107 to be spend on Rural Pride. Bobby Rouse seconded.
Affiliate Support (Elizabeth Melton)
Have individuals interested in starting affiliates Lagrange, Laurens and Dublin. There are 10 active affiliates currently. First draft of new affiliate handbook to come by next meeting.
Candidate Support (Nathan Wilson)
Email invite for candidate meet and greet will be sent out soon.
Public Policy (Laura Williams)
No update.
IT (Ryan Graham)
Moved website to a new server.

Ballot access lawsuit summary judgement has been extended to August. 2 Executive committee seats still vacant.
