Meet James Sendelbach – Candidate for Public Service Commission (District 2)

Jim is a psychotherapist with a doctorate degree in psychology. He and his wife, Susan, have had a private practice together for the past 10 years. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Forensic Addictions Examiner, and a Board Certified Professional Counselor. In 2007, Jim ran as a Libertarian in the special election for the Congressional seat representing Georgia’s 10th District, following the death of long-time Congressman Charlie Norwood. In 2008, Jim ran for the Georgia House of Representatives, District 93.

He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1961 and served through 1964 when he was honorably discharged. He was a Libertarian long before he realized he was a one and welcomes this opportunity to run for a seat on the Public Service Commission, representing the 2nd District. He is co-President of the Pilot Club of Conyers, a chapter of Pilot International, a charitable organization dedicated to helping people with brain injuries. He is also serving on the Rockdale county Census 2010 committee.
