- Karen Richardson: John’s Creek City Council: Ran unopposed
- Richard Segal: Douglasville City Council Ward 2: 41%
- Jeffrey Sexton: Leesburg City Council: 22%
- Kellie Weeks: Gainesville City School Board, Ward 1: 32%
- Dr. Thomas Smoot: Valdosta School Board: 24%
Thank you all for your countless hours of work in sending the message of Liberty to all of Georgia. Your efforts are greatly appreciated by all of us at the Libertarian Party of Georgia!
Let’s keep sending the only message the two parties currently occupying The Gold Dome and The Hill will get: “Libertarians are coming.” Sometimes Libertarian candidates DO WIN and have the opportunity to directly implement Libertarian policies. Granted our wins come in small towns or small jurisdictions where there aren’t millions of voters but that allows a candidate to campaign door-to-door, keeping THE PEOPLE involved. This should not deter our drive for restoring Liberty and Freedom state and nation wide but regale the fire within to do so! Every Libertarian on the ballot helps to publicize the Libertarian Party and our ideals and helps build the party for future races. Job well done.
