Chairman Ryan Graham called the meeting to order at approximately 7:01 PM.

A motion to approve the February agenda was made by Ted Metz.
Steven Nekhaila gave the LP National update.

Gave ballot access lawsuit update, needs continued fundraising. Chairs needed for committees. 2020 Budget to be distributed.

Will elect presidential electors via email vote. Ted Metz motioned to allow the leveling fund to pay for the filing fee for Cowen for Congress in the amount of $3, 915. Second by Bobby Rouse. Motion passes unanimously. Ted Metz made a motion to create a budget line item in the amount of $1,000 to pay for Atlanta PRIDE. Seconded by Bradford White. Motion approved unanimously. Amber Howell made a motion to approve Chatham County Affiliate. Seconded by Brian Slowinski. Motion approved unanimously. Brian Slowinski made a motion to approve Middle Georgia Affiliate. Seconded by Ted Metz. Motion approved unanimously.
